You can choose to raft or kayak, it doesn’t matter, but most people who value their life usually choose the raft, as their are white waters here which can drop in excess of 20 feet, to give you the adrenaline rush of your life.

Banff National Park is one the best wilderness areas. To get there from Calgary, just take the Trans-Canada HWY West about 200 kilometers or 125 miles until you get to HWY 93. Then you go 27 km or 17 miles north to marked Banff National Park parking lot where the hiking trails start.

Seperating Boot Soles Repair

In the past boot soles were stitched to the leather uppers of a hiking boot,usually with a heavy strong ropelike thread. Today however, the majority of hiking boots on the market are glued, and this causes glue fatigue. Basically the glue loses its grip due to being stretch, pulled, twisted and exposed to the weather.

Melting Antartica Ice

According to a recent environmental report in the Christian Science Monitor, the ice floating in the waters of the Antartica are definitely turning thin. This might sound not like much, but when you realize that the ice in the Antartica currently slows the speed with which the continent’s inland glaciers are sliding into the sea.
