By Editor | December 1, 2011
The First Ascent BC MicroTherm Down Jacket features a fully waterproof and breathable shell rated to 20K/20K and it fuses microchannel construction of the MicroTherm™ Down Shirt right into the lining. It is this construction method that makes the First Ascent BC MicroTherm Down Jacket one of the lightest and warm waterproof jacket around.
The BC MicroTherm Down Jacket does quite well in cold and wet environments. It is very compressible packable and overall this piece of outdoor gear usually end up as an alpine guide’s favorite piece of winter weather protection.
