Eddie Bauer First Ascent Rainier Storm hard shell Jacket review

The Rainier Storm is hard shell jacket with pretty all the features that you would look for in a hard shell jacket. The pit zips are easily adjusted, as well the cuffs and zippers can also be easily adjusted even with you are wearing clumbsy gloves. The hood of the Eddie Bauer Rainier Storm can easily accomodate a helmet, if you plan to do mountaineering.

The fabric of the Rainier Storm is waterproof-breathable and is less hard or paperlike than other hard shell jackets. The fabric is quite supple actually. Eddie Bauer has designed the Rainier Storm with really big pockets on the front of the jacket. These pockets are large enough for gear as big as a water bottle, gloves or any other item of that size…you certainly do not have to worry about storage with the Rainer storm hard shell jacket.

Price: $349 Weight: 16 oz
