The North Face El Lobo 65 Liter Weekender Backpack Review
By Editor | July 20, 2010
For the price and versatility the North Face El Lobo 65 weekender backpack is one of the best weekend backpacks there is. With 3480 cubic-inch of storage you would think the El Lobo 65 would be a heavy backpack but it actually feels lighter than it looks and the bag fits to your body so it is comfortable while trekking along.
So what makes The North Face El Lobo 65 so comfortable, it has a lot to do with the X-shaped chassis and dual-point hip-belt which moves horizontally with your arm swings as you hike. The great thing about the hip-belt is that it is adjustable and this allows people of all shapes and sizes to adjust for a good fit…the shoulder straps are also height adjustable as well so tall and short persons can make comfortable use of the El Lobo 65 weekender pack.
Other features of The North Face El Lobo 65 are large stretchy pockets on either sides, which can hold large water bottles, snacks, jacket or even a rolled up tarp. Also the top lid of the weekender backpack converts to a fanny pack with a hip-belt…cool!
Price: $239 Weight: 5lbs
