The North Face Conness GTX Hiking Boots
By Editor | March 2, 2009
Put on a pair of the North Face Conness GTX Conness and the first thing you notice is how light they are. But get on the trail and you’ll immediately become aware of the ample support they provide-even with a heavy pack. This is a well-thought-out boot, from the heel strike that’s been cut out in the shank for added padding, to the breathable fabric/leather upper, the Gore- Tex liner and the Outlast footbed.
At this price, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a boot with more welcome features. Keep in mind The low-profile webbing eyelets for the laces work we11 when dry, bur require some wrestling when wet.
The North Face Conness GTX is best suited to Hikers and backpackers on a budget who want the most boot for the buck.
Weight: 0.6 kg, 1.3lbs Price: $200
