The WeatherEdge Lighweight jacket from Eddie Bauer cost less than $120, has arm pit zippers and a fully functional hood which equates to a no-brainer value of a jacket. The WeatherEdge Lightweight is just as waterproof as some jackets costing twice its price, and it is breathable to a certain extent (not as breathable as more expensive jackets), however to increase ventilation just unzip the arm pit zippers.
