The Marmot Zion softshell is quite an amazing jacket. First of all the Marmot Zion can get rid of moisture very effectively, mainly due to its use of Polartec’s NeoShell Membrane. No pit zippers are needed here to vent out the moist air from inside, the NeoShell membrane does the job. The material is also warm and blocks anything bad weather throws at it.
This Marmot jacket is ideal for fall or winter activity as it has a nice hood with 3 point adjustment, it repels rain, wind and snow. A suitable jacket for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing or fall camping. The material inside is fleece backed for added warm, and the Marmot Zion has a upper chest pocket (ideal for ski pass) and there is also a pocket inside with a hole for earphones to get to your ears.
