The Rab Neutrino 400 is a versatile sleeping bag that can be used in many different climates. First of all it is lightweight at just 2 lbs and it is warm, thanks to the 800-fill down. For warmer weather camping or resting the Rab Neutrino 400 features a full-length zipper which alllows you have full ventilation to get the hot air out and to keep you cool while sleeping.
The Neutrino 400 is rated a 25 degrees faranheit, so those cold nights shouldn’t be a problem. The shell of the Rab Neutrino is made from the Pertex Quantum Shell that is very weather-resistant and light. The fluffy down puffs up when un-rolled to around 9 inches at your chest level…that is a good amount of insulation. 9 inch seems very thick but don’t worry this sleeping bag compresses down to the size of a basketball.
