The Columbia Sportswear Majik Wand gloves features Columbia’s Omni Heat Thermal Insulation technology. According to Columbia they claim that these gloves are the warmest available for sale today.
There really no way to prove that claim, but most reviewers and wearers of these gloves do say they are really warm. Inside the Columbia Majik Wand gloves there is an inner layer with lots of small dots of the Omni Heat Thermal reflective material.
The purpose of these Omni Heat Thermal reflective material of course is to reflect the heat of your hand back to your skin to keep you warm and dissipate sweat rather than losing that heat. The outer shell of the Columbia Majik Wand winter is made of a waterproof material to keep wetness out and it is also breathable to take moisture out to keep your hands warm and dry.
