Mammut Brisk Soft Shell Jacket
By Editor | December 16, 2010
The Mammut Brisk softshell jacket is made from Gore’s Windstopper fabric, which is used in a lot of mid to high end outerwear nowadays. Windstopper offers a good balance of protection from wind and rain while letting the moisture out, hence the Mammut Brisk does just that quite well.
The Swiss company Mammut is know to make jackets that have an athletic and trim cut with great attention to details like a thumb loop in the sleeve. The Brisk makes a versatile softshell jacket for those light excursions when you need a bit of warmth and weather protection, it can also make a great mid-layer under a tougher shell jacket.
Price: $180 Weight: 12.5 oz
