The Arc’teryx Venta LT is a true soft shell jacket featuring Gore’s best Windstopper highly water-resistant fabric on the shoulder, arms and back. It also features taped seams to keep heavy downpours or wet snow from leaking into the jacket through the seams.
The Arc’teryx Venta LT jacket breathes very well thanks to a large area of stretchy polyester fabric under each arm, it is a minimal jacket that is very versatile with one pocket on the inside and two on the outside and a soft polyester-lined collar. The Venta LT however does not come with a hood, if you want the have a hood Arc’teryx has a different jacket model called the Venta SV.
